General farm assistant

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Farm Assistant to join our team just outside Thetford. Your primary responsibility will be putting up and maintaining fences for ducks. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that is vital to the welfare and safety of ducks

• Erecting and maintaining fencing.

• Assisting with general farm duties as required

• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently

• Working as part of a friendly, supportive team

• Previous experience working on a farm is advantageous, but full training will be provided

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per hour to £16.27

• Overtime opportunities paid at a higher rate

• Comprehensive training for all new staff

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am 4:00pm

• Friday: 7:30am 3:00pm

Our farm is conveniently located just outside Thetford, with onsite parking available.

Transport is essential due to location.
