Responsibilities:

• Crafting cocktails
• Waiting on tables
• Being responsible for orders and keeping an eye on stock levels
• Weekly stocktake
• Keeping your bar area clean and ensuring weekly deep cleans take place
• Working alongside the General Manager to ensure service runs smoothly
• Always ensuring an impeccable customer service experience
