MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE SOCIAL HOUSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A PERMANENT POSITION IN LIVERPOOL
Job Title: Multi trade operative
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £34,067 per annum
£4k OTE

Responsibilities of the Multi Trade:
- Perform first and second fix plumbing, including radiator installation and system draining/refilling.
- Carry out structural repairs and installations: ceilings, floor joists, stairs, stud walls, partitioning, flooring (T&G or sheet), doors, casings, skirting, handrails, and ducting panelling.
- Install and finish bathrooms: shower trays, full bathroom suites (WC, WHB, mixer showers), tiling, and patch plastering.
- Complete painting and decorating tasks to a high standard.
Requirements for Carpenter role:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry or Plumbing
- Valid CSCS
- Asbestos Awareness
- Social Housing Experience
- Full UK Driving License
