Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Worcestershire (onsite initially, then hybrid)
Salary: Up to 50,000 DOE

As an Account Manager, you'll be the key liaison between our clients and internal teams. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client needs are met with efficiency, creativity, and commercial savvy. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable plans
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Monitor account performance and deliver regular reporting
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
- Contribute to pitches and proposals for new business
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Account Manager or Client Services role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Commercial awareness and a problem-solving mindset
- Experience with CRM tools and data reporting platforms
