How you will do it As the direct contact with the client for site technical service and maintenance issues, you will be responsible for trouble shooting, system PPM, as per contract requirements, communicating clearly findings and any further actions required or recommendations for system improvement, upgrades or optimisations. You will keep the customer informed on the service you are providing. Part of the role is preparing detailed reports/technical communications on work carried out and submitting it to Service Co-ordinator & Client as required.
