Ensure contract execution plan is updated and maintained for the life cycle of the contract. Generate pre-contract and contract specific deliverables in accordance with the contract execution plan. Manage contract delivery teams ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated to contracts for the contract duration. Manage supply chain and sub-contractor performance in respect of the delivery of contract specific services and in accordance with internal supply chain KPI protocols.
