This is an excellent chance to build meaningful experience working across Key Stages 1 and 2, alongside experienced and supportive educators.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons across a range of subjects
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils make progress
• Assisting with planning, classroom organisation, and preparing learning materials
• Encouraging a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive
• Contributing to the school's inclusive ethos and supporting children with additional needs
• Helping with breaktime duties, pastoral care, and student wellbeing

What We're Looking For:

• A 2025 graduate with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in education
• A positive and proactive individual with excellent communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a real difference
• Experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is beneficial but not essential
• A team player who is keen to learn and grow within a school setting
