Onsite Recruitment Coordinator

Location: West Bromwich

Salary: Permanent 25k - 28k OTE

As an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, managing workforce allocation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between staff and site management. You will also be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily check-ins with staff to ensure all shift requirements are met.
  • Communicate key updates and instructions for upcoming shifts.
  • Manage onsite workers and ensure following site process.
  • Manage shift bookings, ensuring full staff coverage.
  • Maintain compliance records, including fire registers.
  • Track staff availability to support efficient scheduling.
  • Handle urgent staffing requests and workforce adjustments.
  • Conduct site visits and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Confirm candidates for upcoming shifts.
  • Assist with new starter inductions and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Address queries and resolve issues as they arise.
