Are you a creative, motivated sales professional with a passion for events and a love of big ideas? Do you enjoy working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment?

A well-established, centrally located events venue is looking for a Venue Sales Executive to join their growing team.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving revenue by converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and identifying up selling opportunities.

  • Managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.

  • Acting as an ambassador for the venue, ensuring excellent service and a positive client experience.

  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to support overall strategy and growth targets.

  • Representing the venue at trade shows, familiarisation trips, and industry events.



What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 year's experience in a venue sales, event sales, or hospitality sales role.

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal sales targets.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive sales mindset.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Confidence working with CRM systems and managing client data effectively.
