About the Role:
As Head Gardener, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of our high-end gardens and green spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and is driven by excellence in horticultural standards.
Head Gardener Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of garden maintenance and development
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of gardeners
- Plan and implement seasonal planting schemes
- Monitor plant health and ensure optimal growing conditions
- Liaise with clients and management to deliver outstanding results
Head Gardener Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of professional horticultural experience
- Level 3 qualification with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS)
- Strong plant knowledge and garden design awareness
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for horticulture
- Be preparade to grow in the company
