About the Role:

As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you ll step in for absent teachers, leading pre-planned lessons across different subjects. You don t need prior teaching experience we ll provide all the training and support you need to feel confident in the classroom.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing a classroom (with lesson plans provided).
• Engaging students and ensuring they stay on task.
• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
• Gaining valuable experience for a future teaching career (if desired).
