Cleaning Supervisor

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Eurest on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

• Mon: Full-time (Days)
• Tues: Full-time (Days)
• Weds: Full-time (Days)
• Thurs: Full-time (Days)
• Fri: Full-time (Days)
• Sat: Off
• Sun: Off

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
• Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Adhering to Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal Cleaning Supervisor will:

• Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
• Possess good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude
• Be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
