Senior Planner Duties

• Lead projects from concept to consent
• Navigate complex planning challenges
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
• Secure and negotiate planning consents
• Support with business development

Senior Planner Requirements

• Relevant experience with MRTPI status
• A relevant degree in Town Planning or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player eager to learn and contribute
• Full UK driving license
