The Service Change Analyst Role:
You ll be instrumental in onboarding and integrating new use cases into our live Agile Software projects, working closely with Solution and Technical Architects, Service Managers, and directly with customer stakeholders. Your mission: ensure smooth, secure, and efficient service changes that align with customer Service Architecture.
This is not a tick-box role it s a dynamic, high-ownership position where your input will shape how we deliver future-focused solutions across multiple projects.
