JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive

HOURS OF WORK: 42.5 per week
REPORTS TO: Business Development Manager
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Your primary role is to increase the chances of success on all projects by keeping a track of quotes and opportunities that have not been secured by a contractor using our CRM system. Day to day activity includes calling contacts, building rapport and updating the system with project updates accordingly. In addition to this task it would be to conduct telesales activities to new or gone-away customers.
TEAM FUNCTION:
The team is focused on maintaining contact with the full network of customers and regularly following up projects/opportunities until they are 'flipped'.
