Multi Trade

Skilled Careers is working with a leading client in the social housing sector, we are looking for an experienced Multi Trade to join a team with a main contractor in the Blackpool area on a permanent basis.

If successful, you ll be expected to carry out a range of repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties.

Overview for the role:

Job Title: Multi Trade

Location: Blackpool

Rate: £34,067 / OTE - £40,000

Responsibilities of the Multi Trade:

• Perform first and second fix plumbing, including radiator installation and system draining/refilling.
• Carry out structural repairs and installations: ceilings, floor joists, stairs, stud walls, partitioning, flooring (T&G or sheet), doors, casings, skirting, handrails, and ducting panelling.
• Install and finish bathrooms: shower trays, full bathroom suites (WC, WHB, mixer showers), tiling, and patch plastering.
• Complete painting and decorating tasks to a high standard.

Requirements for Carpenter role:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry or Plumbing
• Valid CSCS
• Asbestos Awareness
• Social Housing Experience
• Full UK Driving License
