Production Operative

Proud of their positive culture, and industry reputation they have seen huge growth in recent years. Reporting to the Production Manager, your day-to-day duties include:

• Operating and maintaining a variety of machines while strictly following established procedures.
• Performing routine quality inspections and testing of all machinery to maintain equipment performance.
• Completing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitoring workflow and coordinating tasks to ensure production timelines are achieved.
• Adhering to all company health and safety regulations.

This role would suit someone with experience of working within a production, manufacturing or engineering environment that has worked as a Production Operative, Assembly Operative, Manufacturing Operative or Laboratory Technician. The successful Production Operative will have:

• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
• The ability to identify and report potential production difficulties before occurring.
• Great time management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and great problem-solving skills.
• Experience working successfully within a team.

Should the role become permanent, the company offers an attractive benefits package, including a generous hourly rate. While the role remains on a temporary basis, the benefits will include:

• Mornings - 14.00 per hour. Afternoons - 16.80 per hour (Annual salary 30,000)
• Potential to lead to permanent role.
• Morning and afternoon shifts on rotation (Morning - 06:00am - 14:00pm Afternoons 14:00pm - 22:00pm).
