Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Fire and Security business in the East Midlands and they are looking to recruit a Recruitment & HR Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (potential hybrid option available)

The Role
As a Recruitment and HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of talent acquisition and human resources. You'll work closely with senior leadership to attract top talent, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
Manage onboarding, training, and development initiatives
Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance
Support workforce planning and succession strategies
Champion employee engagement and wellbeing
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a similar HR and recruitment role
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the fire/security is a plus
