The Company:

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a National Contractor, who are looking for a Head of Fleet based within commuting distance from Cardiff.
Day to Day duties
- Managing the day-to-day team overseeing the fleet services department
- Ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations
- Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance is adhered to
- Implementing new strategies
- Working at group level, attending senior management meetings and other offices as required
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience of overseeing a sizable fleet department
- Knowledge of fleet compliance and regulations
- Experience of managing a team
- IT Literate
- Full UK driving licence essential
