An exclusive events venue within Holmes Hotel London, The Residence offers a unique and inspiring space for meetings, events, and special occasions for up to 130 guests.
106 Baker Street is an all-day bakery and café offering house-pressed juices, freshly baked pastries, build-your-own breakfasts, fresh and healthy salads, sandwiches, cakes, and artisanal coffee.
As our F&B Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for an F&B Manager who will:
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, team recruitment and training, inventory management, cost control, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- Inspire, coach, and mentor F&B team members and the F&B Leadership team
- Ensure excellent internal and external customer service
- Work with the Operations Manager to ensure safety compliance
- Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, mornings, and evenings
- Respond professionally to guests' complaints

- Have previous experience as an F&B Manager in a 5-star hotel environment
