Marketing & Communications Manager - Charity Sector

Stafforce is delighted to be recruiting for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager on behalf of a well established charity dedicated to supporting individuals with autism.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of both internal and external communications, build engagement with a variety of stakeholders, and contribute to a meaningful cause. You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, manage branding, drive online presence, and deliver compelling content that brings people closer to the organisation's mission.

  • Location: Cranleigh, Surrey
  • Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum
  • Full-Time Permanent


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the annual marketing and communications strategy
  • Oversee internal and external campaigns, content creation, and brand alignment
  • Manage and maintain the organisation's websites and digital platforms
  • Lead social media strategy and execution, including paid campaigns
  • Collaborate with fundraising partners and design consultants
  • Support internal communications to enhance staff engagement
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse results, and report to stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency across all visual and written materials


Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior communications or marketing role
  • Sector knowledge of education, social care, or charities (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and digital tools (including Google Analytics)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Website content and CMS management experience
  • Mac user experience desirable
  • A full driving licence or reliable transport (rural location)
