As Junior Account Manager, you will support and collaborate with the commercial team to manage key customer accounts, build strong relationships, and help deliver against sales and margin targets. Junior Account Manager Key Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial and Account Managers in managing and developing key customer accounts
• Assist in delivering category management to drive sales and market share growth
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery
• Keep customer data, sales figures, and key performance indicators up to date
• Help manage sales forecasting, promotional planning, and new product launches
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth operations and deliveries
• Provide regular sales and performance reports to the business

Junior Account Manager Key Requirements

• Commercial experience within FMCG, Food, Fresh Produce sectors
• Exposure to retail customers, with supply chain knowledge
• Passion to grow within commercial account management
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve sales targets
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities positively
• Proficient in maintaining accurate data and reporting
