As a Commercial Assistant, you will provide key support to the commercial team in managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate data, and assisting with the delivery of commercial targets. Commercial Assistant Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth operations and deliveries
• Keep customer data, sales figures, and key performance indicators up to date
• Help manage sales forecasting, promotional planning, and new product launches

Commercial Assistant Key Requirements

• Commercial experience within FMCG, Food, or Fresh Produce sectors
• Exposure to retail customers and an understanding of supply chain processes
• A passion to grow within commercial account support and management
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared commercial goals
• Strong multitasking abilities and a positive, proactive attitude
• Proficient in maintaining accurate data and reporting
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
