Property Manager-Temporary Accommodation Provider
Our client is an accommodation provider who are currently looking for a Property Manager to join their team on a full-time basis in Hastings, East Sussex.. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within property management, office management, or administration, possess strong organisational and administrative skills, be confident in using technology, and have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience of working with clients experiencing homelessness. Experience of working with vulnerable individuals would be helpful but training will be provided to suitable candidates who are empathetic and non-judgemental, who are also understanding the importance of professional boundaries.
Skills and Experiences:
- Demonstrable experience within property management, office management, or administration.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficient user of software (e.g. Google Sheets, Microsoft Office suite of products)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Own Transport and Full Driving Licence is required.
Salary and Reward Package:
- £25,000 per annum + mileage paid.
