The Successful Senior Maintenance Engineer Will Have:
- Time-served Engineer with Mechanical or Electrical Level 3 Qualification
- Proven experience in FMCG or fast-moving manufacturing
- Confident in leading a shift team, supporting less experienced engineers
- Strong focus on safety, first-time fixes, and team culture
- Commutable to Lincolnshire
The Senior Maintenance Engineer Role:
- Leading and motivating the shift engineering team
- Rapid response to breakdowns and unplanned downtime
- Driving a first-fix culture and a continuous improvement mindset
- Overseeing planned maintenance and optimising asset performance
- Using CMMS for accurate real-time updates and handovers
