Job Title: Handyman
Location: Chatham, Kent
Start Date: TBC
Rate: From £18
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman to join our team on a busy site in Chatham. The role will involve a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including basic carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, and general snagging.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role

Own tools and PPE

Good all-round knowledge of maintenance trades

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

CSCS card preferred but not essential
Duties Will Include:

Carrying out general repairs and maintenance tasks on site

Assisting with site upkeep and cleanliness

Responding to site manager s requests for snagging and fixes
-
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
