Working within a lean structure, you'll be more than just an account manager-you'll be a total business manager. From owning your own reporting and planning to implementing and improving processes, you'll be hands-on and actively involved in shaping both the commercial strategy and the wider business. Negotiate trading terms, pricing strategies, promotional plans, and cost increases. Collaborate with the Head of Foodservice on brand strategy and account planning. Analyse sales data to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and forecast trends. Communicate effectively with internal teams to align account objectives and operational execution. Represent the business at trade shows, customer presentations, and industry events. We're looking for the following: A comprehensive knowledge of the Foodservice industry Minimum 3 years' experience in the delivered wholesale, education, and healthcare sectors Strong commercial and negotiation skills Good presentation skills and time management Excellent IT skills Proven track record for retaining and growing current business Experience with ambient and frozen food products (bakery experience preferred but not mandatory). A passion for our product categories, identifying first to market innovation and bringing opportunities back into the business for evaluation Motivated self-starter with 'Can do and Positive' attitude and actions.
