The Head of Transformation & Integration will play a critical leadership role in defining, orchestrating, and delivering NESO's transformation roadmap. This role ensures alignment between NESO's corporate strategy, operating model, and major transformation initiatives, driving an integrated approach to organisational design, programme execution, and value realisation. The role will lead efforts to manage cross-programme dependencies, address transformation gaps, and support implementation of robust governance and delivery methodologies, ensuring NESO achieves its strategic priorities and delivers measurable outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
This role can be based from Wokingham, Warwick, Glasgow or London, and we continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full-time and part-time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.

A competitive salary up to £100,000pa - dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a benefits allowance, a bonus of up to 20% of your salary for stretch performance, private medical insurance, 28 days annual leave as standard and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
