Job Purpose: The Estate Operative Department is responsible for waste management and cleanliness of the development. This includes carpark maintenance and upkeep of communal areas to ensure Cheksea Creek (London SW6) remains a pleasant and high-standard place to live for all residents. Rota: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM Main Duties: Resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines, SOPs, and Risk Assessments.
