The Role of Programmatic Trading Specialist My client needs someone to report on the opportunities, issues and challenges then to identify the means to resolve/execute these solutions across both direct and programmatic sales channels. These reports would be in the form of activity reports to ensure visibility of revenue and performance to both external and internal stakeholders. The reporting will include analysis of bid CPMs, floor prices, response rates and fill rates will need to be carried out to provide insight into their impact on eCPM and revenue. This would need to be done on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis working in conjunction with the Monetisation Analyst. These reports will then be passed to the senior management aswell as sales teams in order to optimise campaign delivery and identify business development opportunities. Closing deals and exceeding targets must also be demonstrated as the role will involve managing the day to day setup and maintenance of private marketplace deals with ad operations and third party sales partners to ensure campaigns deliver / revenue is maximised. The successful candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills as they will be meeting on a regular basis with third-party sales partners to understand changes in advertiser volumes / yields and GNM performance compared to the wider market. In addition, this role will include the support of the Trading Operations Manager and their team to optimise programmatic yields through the integration of relevant third party technologies, format product changes, and the construction/implementation of programmatic ratecards to ensure pricing for programmatic customers is aligned with direct sales. There is also an international element to this position as the job holder will be actively supporting US and Australia offices in implementing programmatic trading strategy along with the coordination of multi-market deals. Agency Development Managers are tasked with accelerating Amazon Advertising product knowledge enablement, increasing Amazon Ads tool adoption and increasing penetration of the total advertiser portfolio in each agency. Displaying a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced at operating to C-Level with agencies and advertisers, and able to earn trust with senior stakeholders across other Amazon teams. In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers. A strong knowledge of the programmatic trading landscape is important. Candidates will be self-motivated, happy to work autonomously and highly goal-oriented in order to contribute to Amazon Advertising's ambitious growth plans. Key job responsibilities Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for growth of media Agency relationships at local and regional level - including close collaboration with local Advertising leadership Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy for Agency relationships, including business reviews Develop commercial structures with media agencies to facilitate incremental opportunities across programmatic solutions Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of agency-wide events Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions - including pro-active engagement with creative agencies Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships offered by Amazon Advertising products BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Fluency in English, both written and spoken 8 years experience in media sales, marketing, or business development Proven track record of delivering results and driving revenue growth Ability to successfully engage and negotiate at C-Level within agencies and agency groups B2B sales experience Experience managing internal and external relationships Strong digital advertising experience and knowledge of the programmatic landscape Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data Bachelor's degree or equivalent Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes Experience on selling search advertising, and/or data driven ad products or platforms Experience relating to eCommerce Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
