Supervisor
Job Opportunity: 2x Supervisors - Solar & Heat Pump Installations (Temp to Perm)
Location: South Midlands
Salary: £50,000 + Company Van
Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks temp, then permanent)
About the Role:
We're seeking two experienced Supervisors to join a growing team delivering domestic solar and air source heat pump installations. This is a hands-on supervisory role with a clear path to permanent employment after 12 weeks.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing domestic installations (dual install: 5 weeks, single install: 3 weeks)
- Reporting to a newly promoted coordinator
- Spending 1 day per week at the office
- Ensuring compliance with audit and installation processes
What We're Looking For:
- NIC & MCS certified
- Background in solar or air source heat pump installations
- Strong understanding of auditing and installation standards
- Full UK driving license (must be over 23; up to 6 points accepted)
