PSR are currently recruiting for a Traffic Marshall/ Gatesperson for a new build school starting in Huddersfield
Traffic Marshall - Roles and Responsibilities
Direct and control traffic on and around construction sites to ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists.
Guide large vehicles and machinery safely on and off site.
Communicate clearly with drivers and site staff using hand signals or radio equipment.
Ensure that traffic movement complies with safety regulations and site procedures.
Monitor site access and assist with pedestrian management when required.
Traffic Marshall - Requirements
Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification.
CSCS card
Previous experience in a similar role within a construction or industrial setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A good understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to following site protocols.
