Deliver a phased survey programme: Year 1: 20 buildings Year 2: 80 buildings Year 3: 80 buildings Assess and document the condition of M&E systems, identifying maintenance needs and repair priorities. Collaborate with the Estates team to determine and report on current and projected spend on maintenance and repairs. Ensure all surveys are carried out in line with health and safety regulations and university standards. Provide clear, actionable reports to inform strategic estate planning and budgeting. Person Specification: Essential: Proven experience in M&E building surveying, ideally within large or complex estates. Strong understanding of building services systems and maintenance requirements.
