Proven track record of successfully leading major projects. Expert proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Amtech/ETAP, Dialux/Relux, Revit MEP). Demonstrable experience in leading and developing a team of engineers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. A proactive and client-focused approach with strong business acumen. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client meetings and site visits.
