Engineering Manager, Buckinghamshire
One of the most well regarded residential national developers is seeking an Engineering Manager to be based in their Buckinghamshire office.
As the Engineering Manager, you would be responsible for the following:
- The preparation of a Land Acquisition Report detailing all associated Technical issues
- Support the Technical and Land Directors with the delivery of Technical and Engineering information
- Manage and coordinate all required Engineering Information for tender and construction purposes
- Manage the appointment of external companies
- Provide support and accurate technical information for all internal departments
- Negotiating and obtaining S38, 104 & 278 Approvals and Agreements
- Attend all requisite external and internal meetings
This role would be ideal for existing Engineering Managers already working for developers or contractors or alternatively Engineers working for consultancies or practices that work closely with residential developers.
Ideal candidates will be of a Civil Engineering background. They will be experienced with all technical aspects of house building, Civil Engineering and Building Regulations. They will also require a good understanding of Highway and Sewer standards and processes.
