Job Title: Senior Process Technologist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Process Technologist to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in the Southwest. This site is undergoing significant investment to drive innovation and product development across multiple cuisines.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist looking to lead process improvements, manage product launches, and collaborate closely with NPD teams. The position offers strong career progression within a business focused on quality, growth, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support process trials from concept to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Maintain the critical path and ensure timelines are achieved.
Manage customer panels and coordinate feedback implementation.
Develop and support your team to meet business goals.
Ensure all activities comply with customer standards and audit requirements.
Assist with budgeting and cost control of trials.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation on-site.
What You'll Bring:
A strong background working in food manufacturing.
Experience managing customer trials and factory launches.
Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 (or equivalent).
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A full UK driving licence.
