Architectural Technician

My well established, market leading Client is urgently recruiting for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the commercial sector, ideally with experience in the design and delivery of light industrial and warehouse developments. This is a key role supporting projects from concept through to completion, with a strong emphasis on technical design and construction stages.

• Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD

• Work across all RIBA stages from concept design through to handover

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure coordinated and buildable solutions

• Support planning and building regulations applications

• Conduct site visits and support the construction process with technical advice

• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards

• Qualification in Architectural Technology or related discipline

• 3+ years of experience in an architectural or design practice

• Strong experience in commercial and light industrial/warehouse projects

• Proficiency in Revit is essential

• Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
