Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a large-scale construction project at HMP Bullingdon. This is a 6-month freelance contract working on a secure site environment, requiring a reliable and proactive manager to oversee day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all aspects of site activity

Conduct daily briefings and ensure health & safety standards are maintained

Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work is progressing to schedule

Manage site cleanliness and organisation

Monitor and report on site progress, quality, and compliance
Essential Requirements:

SMSTS and First Aid certifications

Black or Gold CSCS card
-
Ability to pass EL1 Clearance (to be arranged post-start)

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Previous experience working on secure or high-compliance sites is desirable
