Service Engineer

Are you a hands-on Upvc window and door service engineer/lead fitter with a knack for solving problems and delivering top-notch customer service? We're on the lookout for an experienced window and door professional to join our clients growing team, to cover South Wales

Our client is a well-established customer-focused business with a reputation for quality and reliability in the fenestration market. As demand continues to grow, they are looking for someone who s experienced, enthusiastic, and ready to take pride in every job.

Role responsibilities:

• Repair Upvc windows and doors within the domestic/new build market
• Responsible for stocking van with the tools needed for the jobs ahead
• Deliver all tasks to high quality standard with keeping the customer in mind
• Visit various scheduled work and aim to complete on a first-time visit

The candidates skills & experience:

• Have technical knowledge and experience within the upvc window and door industry
• Current/recent experience as a window and door service engineer
• Have a clean UK driving license
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Good time keeping skills
• Very organised and reliable

This role comes with a vehicle, fuel card and tools!
