Production Operative (Electronics Assembly)
Location: Eastbourne
Pay: Circa 14.81 Per Hour + Overtime + Holidays + Pension + Company Benefits
Hours: Day Shift Monday to Friday No Weekend Work
BMR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established, market-leading electronics manufacturer based in Eastbourne This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected global brand known for its high-quality products and excellent working environment.
Reporting to the Production Team Leader on a busy shop floor, you will ultimately be responsible for assisting with the final assembly aspect of production. You will follow a step-by-step guide/ instruction to assemble detailed products on a production line to a high-quality standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a background in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or general production work to join a well-respected, progressive manufacturer who supply to a range of industries.
The Role:
- Working as part of the final assembly production team in a busy electronics manufacturing facility
- Following detailed work instructions and assembly guides to build small, intricate components to a high-quality standard
- Operating with a clean, modern production environment
- Overtime available to boost your potential earnings
The Person:
- Experience working in a production, electronics, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Good attention to detail and confidence working with small and intricate parts
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting
- Previous experience as a production operative, assembly operative, or manufacturing operative is desirable
