Inventory Team Leader

Location: Reading, UK
Salary: £35,100 p/a
Hours: Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM (40 hours per week)

We re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Inventory Team Leader to oversee our late shift operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring stock accuracy, efficient warehouse processes, and team performance.

• Lead inventory, receiving, and kitting operations

• Ensure accurate stock records through cycle counts and audits

• Resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements

• Support team development and maintain 6S standards

• Minimum 1 year in inventory or warehouse operations

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Confident using ERP systems; forklift license a plus

• Clear communicator with a proactive mindset
