We are looking to appoint a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist/administrator with excellent communication skills and ideally have experience of working in a busy office. You will also have excellent ICT and organisational skills with the ability to multi task for the busy offices across both sites of Francis Barber Pupil Referral Unit in Tooting and Westdean Close. Main duties of the role will include: answering the telephone and relaying messages, greeting pupils and visitors, dealing with parent communication systems, photocopying, preparing letters and maintaining the pupil databases. We require someone who is dedicated, flexible, self-motivated and must be able to work independently and also as part of a team. Francis Barber is a busy and vibrant setting and a friendly place.
