HR Data Analyst

BDS are currently recruiting for a HR Analyst to work for a nationwide Housing and Construction Company to work from their Doncaster Office in DN4.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS FULLY OFFICE BASED IN DONCASTER

REMOTE WORKING IS UNFORTUNATLY NOT AVAILABLE

This role will require strong analytical skills, with HR experience being a plus but not essential.

You will report to the Reward Manager and you your duties will be but are not limited too;

• Producing People Data for the business, including Board Reporting
• Creating KPI metrics for the HR team
• Analysing data related to absence and attrition.
• Submitting pay data to an external benchmarking provider.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Advanced Excel skills
• Have experience with macros or system coding (advantageous but not mandatory)

Hours; Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00

Salary; 17.95ph PAYE/ 24.26ph UMB

Hybrid working available but you must be office based for a minimum of 3 days per week
