Responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancer: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Handling transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and other legal documentation. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process. Providing clear legal advice and updates to clients. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Supporting senior members of the team where required and assisting with more complex transactions. About you as a Residential Conveyancer: Experience within residential conveyancing is desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious legal professional to gain hands-on experience managing a varied conveyancing caseload while receiving ongoing training and supervision from experienced solicitors.The successful candidate will support the conveyancing department while progressively handling their own files, assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. They are paying a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 annum depending on experience and interview performance.
