PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager - packaging machinery, industrial capital equipment, machinery consumables You MUST have a proven track record in industrial sales ideally having sold capital equipment or technical components or consumables. This will ideally be field sales experience but the company will consider someone with a good track record in internal sales selling to the industrial market looking to move into a field sales role. Ideally you will have a technical or engineering background and relevant qualifications.
