You must have extensive knowledge of preparing authentic north Indian curry dishes. You will be responsible for curry or tandoori dishes in the menu and should have excellent culinary skills, vast knowledge about ingredients, food taste and will be required to operate independently. We will also expect you to be well versed with kitchen procedure & a good team worker.
