The role works to set and execute the strategic vision for operations teams in collaboration with product, sales, tech organizations and service teams. The role requires a detailed understanding of and ability to drive critical aspects of operations, including Infrastructure Operations, Enterprise Support, DevOps, Systems Design. The leader in this role should be customer obsessed who can balance long-term support vision with short-term customer needs. The role will lead strategic initiatives and provide support to operation teams across EU countries.
