Provide full Cost Management duties to clients on allocated projects. Skills and experience required: Ideally 5 years + experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market. Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline. Ideally chartered with the RICS. Previous experience delivering within the Residential, Commercial or Hotels/Leisure sectors.
