Toolmaker Job Role Our client, a manufacturer of specialist packaging products in Oakham, currently has an immediate opportunity for a Toolmaker. The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a team that is currently experiencing a significant level of growth. The ideal candidate will have injection moulding experience within the plastic packaging industry. Job Responsibilities Ensure all duties are performed in a safe and efficient manner within the parameters of current Health and Safety Legislation Work in conjunction with the Tool Room Manager/Tool Room Supervisor to ensure all breakdowns and maintenance on tools is carried out on a regular basis. To repair and maintain mould tools. Successfully modify tools to drawing. Able to understand technical drawings Undertake any other duties as necessary to fulfil the needs of the job and its objective as and when requested by the Tool Room Manager/Supervisor.
