Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis to understand monitor success of product launches and validate the importance of feature requests Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to report on the success of product initiatives. Monitor product performance, analyze data, and communicate anomalies to optimize user experience and influence iteration Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, operations team members, and finance teams.
